The V&A East opened last week on the edge of the Olympic Park at Stratford. Yet another success to the regeration of the park. The opening exhibition ‘The Music is Black’ is a wonderful statement for a new venue. The building itself is simply stunning and a reason for a return visit with a camera. Designed by architects O’Donnell + Tuomey the interior balances what I can only descibe as intrgue, scale and intimacy.
